granddaughters this past week.

He had a blast!
I can't wait to go next time!

The girls loved going to BrainFreeze to freeze their brains.

The girls love to show all the fun tricks they can do!

Everyone loved the pizza party!

Thanks for having so much fun with Grandpa he loved it!

Almost There!!!

It occurred to me that since I have not posted anything on this blog in VERY LONG TIME, that maybe now would be a good time to write a new post.  It is really not just another reason to escape studying for a few minutes, I promise!

Well, maybe it is.  All I can say is, two more exams to go and I will have completed one year of law school!!  I can hardly believe it.  This Thursday at 11:59 am (when the last exam is due) will be the beginning of summer for me.  I have not had a summer since I started working full-time many years ago.  Of course, I will be working part-time, but even that will still leave some time for summer.

Here is a picture from law school orientation last August.  Seems like just yesterday!

In other news, I am so excited that Shayla is moving to Kentucky!  I think she really missed us. Well, us and Clay!  Here are a few pictures from her visit at the beginning of the month.

I guess I better get back to studying, there is a lot to remember about Torts!!

BIKE RIDING IN DECEMBER

Ray is so excited that he can ride his bike in December!

He rode 45 miles in 3 hours today.

It was 48 degrees outside, and he loved it!!!

He has been watching his diet and is feeling good at his new lower weight!

I hope he does not blow away in the wind!

Good Times

We had the opportunity to go to Dallas' for the baby blessing in September. Bart and his family were able to meet us there and we had a great time! Enjoy these pictures of the festivities.
